Stop Smoking Forever!

Giving up smoking has to rank as one of the hardest things that many people ever set themselves to do - especially since, on the face of it, it seems really easy; just don’t buy/light up any more cigarettes.

And nowadays everyone knows all the reasons there are to give up; health mainly (one’s own and other peoples, eg kids, family, friends etc), but also expense, the smoke, the stale smells, bad breath, yellowed fingers or teeth….

However the real problem is that in spite of everything negative that can be stacked up against it, most people enjoy it, and all too often are trying to give up because they know they should, they ought to, when in fact they don’t really wish to.

Okay, all the evidence shows that smoking is a killer - and costs a fortune too… so why not give up…. For many smokers it’s a highly enjoyable, social activity. For others it’s just soooo addictive, an unbreakable habit.

It’s incredibly difficult to give up when you don’t really want to - you know you should but that’s not the same. Using this method you will completely change your thinking and give up naturally and without stress - because you will simply not wish to carry on - there’ll be no habit to break and no enjoyment to lose!
